Camillus, NY is located approximately 15 minutes West of the City of Syracuse. It was founded in 1799 and named after the Roman General Marcus Furius Camillus. It is the only Town in the United States with the name. The Town of Camillus occupies nearly 35 square miles of land, which includes Fairmount, Amboy-Belle Isle, Warners, and the Village of Camillus.
